Italblock prefababricated module
ITALBLOCK is designed as a versatile, “universal” model in that it can be customized in a wide variety of configurations, to suit different levels of thermal insulation, sizes and uses.
This container is presented in both bolted and welded versions. The bolted model offers the advantage of flat-pack transportation, allowing up to four units to be stacked, significantly reducing transport costs. It can also be equipped with sanitary services.

Structure: galvanized and painted for durability

Wall panels: 40 mm or thicker, made of polyurethane foam for insulation

Roof panels: 30+40 mm thick polyurethane foam panels

Flooring: chipboard or cement wood, finished with PVC

Lifting: roof hooks and/or forklift pockets at the base for easy transport

Window frames: white or colored aluminum with optional protective bars, available in various sizes

Electrical system: 1 LED ceiling light, 1 switch, 1 10/16A power outlet, and an electrical connection box (customizable upon request)
